Sudanese Christ Lutheran Church seeks to guide the development of Christian living through Responsible for all areas of education in our church. Secures a Superintendent for Sunday School and Youth. Keeps DLC updated on all educational functions.

Evangelism Committee

Responsible for outreach to our community and visitors who wish to become new members. Responsible, also, for "in reach" working to connect our members and to draw them into the community of discipleship.

Fellowship Committee

DLC Liaison:
Gabriel Kudior Akoi  

Responsible for all social activities, including golf outings, camping trips, and special functions throughout the year. Sign-up sheets for specific events are posted at appropriate times. Ideas are always welcome and participation is needed to make these events successful.

Mission Planning Committee

Responsible for facilitating the ongoing work of strategic ministry planning and implementations. Helping to focus programmatic and strategic ministry planning.

Worship and Music Committee

Responsible for all music and worship services. Coordinates readers, greeters, ushers, special occasion services and special music as needed.

Stewardship Committee

Responsible for coordinating member contributions of time, talents and treasures through an annual Rally Day program and an annual financial pledge program, as well as ongoing (through the years) education.

Welfare and Social Concerns Committee

Responsible for educating congregation in the ways we may serve the Lord by our actions toward those in need in our congregation, community and throughout the world. Specific initiatives include Emergency Food Assistance, Holiday Food Baskets, Habitat for Humanity, Lutheran, World Relief Train, Cookie Collection, Lutheran Social Services of Michigan.

Women Organisation & Mother Union

Responsible for supporting the growth in faith of our women and their families through fellowship, service, and prayer study dancing.
